HOW DO I BOOK?

Firstly, please get in touch via my contact form or 07515824653. If I am available for your wedding date. I required a non refundable booking fee of £200 and your wedding contract to be signed by both parties. This will secure your wedding date with me.

WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING FEE AND WHEN WILL THE BALANCE PAYMENT BE DUE?

My booking fee is £200.00 and your balance payment is due one month before your wedding date. For example if your wedding date is 2nd April 2020, I would require your balance payment no later than 2nd March 2020.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHS?

In busy periods I advise a 4 to 6 week period to receive your wedding photographs. In quieter times this is more than likely to be 2 weeks.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?

On average for a full day wedding, I provide around 400 photographs in your final collection. It is very difficult to give an exact number since the amount of photographs taken can depend on many things such as the number of guests and the hours covered.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ALL THE DETAILS?

Of course. Photographing details is all part of your wedding day. I love to capture all the details including, the dress, cake and table settings.

CAN WE PRINT THE PHOTOS?

Yes please do! It’s so important to print your photographs. As we now live in a digital world, we don’t tend to print photographs nowhere as near as much as we should. I’ve even written a whole post about printing your photographs, check it out here.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Travel is included within 50 miles of Accrington. Outside of this distance reasonable travel changes will be applied.

CAN WE SHARE OUR PHOTOS ON FACEBOOK AND WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS?

Definitely! Please do. I am happy for you to share with family and friends and on facebook and instagram. You could even give me a mention if you like. I just ask that photographs are not supplied to other wedding suppliers or the venue. Please get them to contact me if they would like use of the photographs that contain their products and services. I would be more than happy to share with them. As the copyright owner of the photographs. I need to know where my photographs are being used and by who. DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Occasionally discounts may be available. Dependant on availability and the time of year. If you are planning a mid week or out of season wedding. Please get in touch and enquire for your date. I do offer bespoke pricing if your working toward a budget, please get in touch.

DO YOU DO FAMILY GROUP PHOTOGRAPHS?

Of course. I believe it’s really important to take some family photographs. After all, it isn’t often the whole family comes together on one day. I recommend between 6 to 8 group photographs, which means you get maximum time enjoying your day with your guests.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes. I have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance as you would expect from any professional wedding photographer.

CAN WE GIVE YOU A LIST OF SHOTS OR SHOW YOU OUR P INTEREST BOARD?

As an experienced wedding photographer, a list of shots like “photograph the bouquet”, “photo of the wedding cake” is unnecessary. Such photographs will be taken as a matter of course, therefore a list is not needed. It would slow me down on the day and I would miss moments as I’d be concentrating on the list too much rather than doing my job. I am open to listening to your ideas however I prefer to not work from a list. On the other hand a list of family groups shots with names helps to  ensure we don’t forget anyone from a important group photograph.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE ILL OR WORSE?

I am a member of a local wedding photographer backup group. There is a vast array of local wedding photographers ready to step in should I need it. I aim to substitute my self with another equal photographer or better. As of yet I have not had to use this service. Any difference in cost would be my responsibility.
